Cancellation & Refund Policy

MANOJ ARORA believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
The policy varies across the products and programs offered by MANOJ ARORA
Cancellation and Refund from ELITE Program for Financial Freedom
• 100% Application Fee is refunded within 7 working days, in ALL cases where the applicant fails to get selected in the interview.
• Applicant can also initiate cancellations of their own. Such cancellations are considered only if the request is made after applying to the program but before selection to the program.
• Partial Application Fee could be refunded within 30 days of joining the ELITE Program, if the user is not satisfied with the service. The amount of refund, in such cases, is based on the reason for dissatisfaction, and is at the sole discretion of MANOJ ARORA.
• No refunds can be entertained after the 30 day period is over, from the date of Welcome Email being sent to the applicant.
• No refunds are entertained on suspension from the ELITE Program.

Cancellation and Refund from ELEVATE NEWSLETTER
• No refunds or cancellations are entertained on subscriptions done to the ELEVATE Newsletter.
• All details about the ELEVATE Newsletter, including the subscription form and testimonials, can be accessed at the official page of our ELEVATE Newsletter.
General Cancellation and Refund Rules
• In case you feel that the service or product is not as per your expectations, you must bring it to our notice by sending us an email. After looking into your complaint, we will take an appropriate decision.
• In case of any Refunds are approved by MANOJ ARORA, it will take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
